You love your home but you are ready to move on for one reason or another.  The Realtor comes and gives you the price and then some suggestions on getting your home ready to sell.  They want you to do what!!  You have lovely bright colours on the wall, cozy set up and all your family photos and keepsakes covering the walls.  When you want to sell your home you must look at it from the buyers eyes.  It is important to remove all personal pictures, decorations or keepsakes that stop the buyer from seeing their family, their belongs in your home.  If you are serious about selling you must neurtralize your home.  First step is to walk around your home, inside and out, and look it through a buyers eye or better yet have your friend walk through it as well.  Don't forget the outside.  First impressions are the door and the porch and the walk to it.  What colour door do you like, have you every walked through your home and viewed it from impartial eyes?  Comments please.
